1. Unscrew the cap and screw the refill firmly into the plug
2. Insert the plug into the 230V socket (in a vertical position)
3. Indicator light shows active operation
4. Simply unplug the device from the socket if necessary

6. Turn on 60 minutes before bedtime for optimal effect
